The Kronberg CDI4* has finished with a great third place for Spain.
The exciting CDI 4* in Kronberg that has taken place throughout this past weekend has come to an end with very good results for our Spanish riders. The most outstanding of all was the third place achieved by the combination formed by Claudio Castilla and “Lario de Adama de Susa” in the Grand Prix Kür.
The grand final of the competition was the eagerly awaited Grand Prix Kür, where eight elite pairs took to the arena. Victory went to Portuguese Olympic dressage rider Maria Caetano, who dazzled the judges with her flawless performance alongside «Fenix de Tineo», earning an impressive score of 75.200%. Germany's Franciska Stieglmaier also shone on the track, taking second position with «Samurai 504» and a solid percentage of 74.610%. However, it was Claudio Castilla who captured the hearts of the Spanish public by showing perfect harmony in the dressage arena with «Lario de Adama de Susa», finishing his participation in this CDI4* with an average of 74.345% and taking home a well-deserved third place.
Before the Kür, the Grand Prix Special took place, featuring a total of 15 combinations. Among the Spanish riders, the partnership of Alejandro Asencio and «Gavião Dos Cedros» achieved the highest average score with 69.170%, securing seventh place.
