We already have the first Spanish results from the CDI in Deauville, and they are looking very good.
On this first day of competition, the opening test was the Prix St. Georges of the CDI1*, which had a total of twenty-four participants, and our riders have had a triumphant start, demonstrating their great class and dedication in the arena.
Alejandro Sánchez del Barco with “Trapalo de Indalo” took the gold with a brilliant test and an average of 71.765%. The silver went to Dutch rider Dominique Filion and “Jakarta L.E” with an average of 70.392%. Finally, Spain is back on the podium with a bronze for Manuel Pérez Valle and “Dimancier SN” with a total average of 69.951%. Meanwhile, Javier Higuera Carmona with “Fulvius” also competed in the test, finishing in fifteenth place with an average of 69.951%.
The competition continues today with four new tests in which our Spanish riders will look to continue shining in the international arena. Among these new tests, the most prominent of the day will be the Grand Prix of the CDI3*.
Without a doubt, the presence of our riders at this CDI is currently making its mark. We are eager to see their tests and be able to celebrate the achievements of our representatives. At Chacco Info, we will be following the steps of our riders closely.
