The Asturian rider Saúl Portos Costales, based in China, tells us that he is very happy there, currently with a very interesting string of horses, some of his own, others belonging to clients, amongst which a mare named Fantasia stands out, who was previously competed by Kim Emmen and reached him through the mediation of Gabryella Duefour of Franssen Stables.
Stable that also sold several prominent and world-renowned horses, such as the great Hickstead, 2008 Olympic champion horse ridden by Eric Lamaze and named the best in the world.
Saúl adds us to his success as a rider, his excellent results as a teacher, he has a diverse pool of students, among them, one more advanced who is riding with the Chinese team, and who will probably compete in the Asian Games.
We remember that the Asturian rider, back when he was competing for Spain, already had a mare called Fantasy, with whom he did a great job and ended up unstoppably winning a variety of classes and several 1.40 Grand Prix.
