Around 35 foals will take part in the 2023 edition of the Morphological Competition annually organised by ANCADES
Since the 1993 season, the ANCADES Final programme has included the Conformation Competition for 2- and 3-year-old foals (fillies and colts). This season, around 35 foals from 14 studs are entered.
Among the participants are foals from stud farms such as Del Maset, Capellán, Carranza and Walyro, which have achieved several successes in recent seasons.
The Conformation Competition consists of three tests, one for Gaits and Conformation and two for Free Jumping. Following the addition of points across all three, the final ranking is established. The categories making up the programme are four: 2-year-old fillies, 2-year-old colts, 3-year-old fillies and 3-year-old colts.
The Conformation Competition will begin on Wednesday 6th September with the arrival and settling in. On Thursday, from 11:00, the Paces and Conformation test will start. On Friday, from 10:30, the first Jumping session will take place, and on Saturday, from 11:00, the Final.
