Lorenzo, el caballo que llev\u00f3 a Severo Jurado L\u00f3pez a los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de 2016, ha sido retirado de la competici\u00f3n deportiva. Es un caballo de 17 a\u00f1os, cuyo linaje se remonta a Lord Loxley y Bologna.<\/p>\n
Desde sus inicios Lorenzo mostr\u00f3 su potencial y calidad. Tras pasar por diferentes manos y jinetes, Lorenzo hizo historia en los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de R\u00edo 2016 al alcanzar el quinto lugar en la K\u00fcr con Severo Jurado L\u00f3pez.
\nSin embargo, su camino no estuvo exento de desaf\u00edos. Tras su retiro temporal por una lesi\u00f3n en el casco en 2018, Lorenzo regres\u00f3 al escenario competitivo con Jeanna Hogberg. El binomio logr\u00f3 notables actuaciones, pero finalmente se retir\u00f3 en el CDI Herning en marzo de 2022.<\/p>\n
Con su retiro oficial, Lorenzo se despide de la competici\u00f3n, pero no de su legado. Criado por Martin Niedermair en Alemania pasar\u00e1 su jubilaci\u00f3n junto a su cuidadora Line Thestrup Clausen.<\/p>\n
