Un fallo del Juzgado Civil y Comercial Federal n\u00famero 10 de Buenos Aires estableci\u00f3 que el ej\u00e9rcito argentino debe reparar econ\u00f3micamente a la viuda y a los dos hijos de un oficial fallecido mientras participaba en una competici\u00f3n. El oficial, de 34 a\u00f1os y con 16 a\u00f1os de carrera militar, muri\u00f3 al caer el caballo que saltaba sobre un obst\u00e1culo durante una prueba de Cross.<\/p>\n
La justicia resolvi\u00f3 que la muerte ocurri\u00f3 en un acto de servicio, reconociendo que el siniestro estaba vinculado al desempe\u00f1o del militar en el \u00e1mbito institucional y que no mediaron negligencia grave o imprudencia por parte de este. Se determin\u00f3 que, aunque exist\u00edan versiones sobre decisiones propias del jinete durante el concurso, no se prob\u00f3 responsabilidad por parte de la Federaci\u00f3n Ecuestre Argentina ni del Club H\u00edpico Militar San Jorge, que hab\u00edan sido demandados como potenciales organizadores del evento.<\/p>\n
La sentencia fija una indemnizaci\u00f3n de $16.000.000 para cada ni\u00f1o y de $11.000.000 para la viuda, m\u00e1s intereses seg\u00fan la tasa activa del Banco Naci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se le imputan al ej\u00e9rcito las costas del juicio.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
