While it seemed that rhinopneumonitis was under control in our country, new positive cases have appeared in central Spain . Specifically, this has been reported by the Royal Equestrian Society of Valladolid on its website ( https://www.hipicavalladolid.es/portal/seccion.aspx?N=987 ).
The Equestrian Center had planned to organize a regional competition on March 11 and 12, 2023. However, the competition has been postponed due to three asymptomatic cases of equine rhinopneumonitis at the equestrian center. As a precaution, they have decided to postpone it to the following date: April 8 and 9, 2023.
Chacco Marketing will be closely monitoring the horses' condition, as well as the situation regarding the disease both nationally and internationally. We recommend exercising extreme caution and following the instructions of the Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation and veterinarians.
